The open application period for the H.U.R.T. 100 will soon be here. Please be sure to mark your calendar for the event. Registration will be done at Ultrasignup. The open date for registration will begin on July 31, 2010 at 0800 (HST) and end at 2359 on August 5, 2010. The application and credit card payment will all be done electronically.

So after you apply and pay the fee, when or how will you know if you are accepted??
and if not accepted, is your credit card refunded or just not charged?
