The H.U.R.T. 100 Chosen as a Qualifier for The North Face® Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc®

We are excited and pleased to announce that the H.U.R.T 100 has been chosen as a qualifying race for one of the most exciting races in the world, The North Face® Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc®.

This race has grown in popularity and stature with 2000 participants. The 2007 race featured several American runners and if I recall, none of the men faired well. However on the woman's side, Nikki Kimbell of the U.S. won. It is 160KM's and features 9000M of vertical gain. Participants also go through three countries--France, Italy and Switzerland on the course.
