Race Director John Salmonson put together this as the cover page to the printed results given out at the post race dinner last night.
There were 98 starters, 41 100 K finishers, 17 DNFs and a record 39 100 mile finishers!
25 of the 100 mile finishers finished after 3:00PM on Sunday!
25 of the HURT 7 starters are from Hawaii (a record)!
11 of the HURT 7 finishers are from Hawaii (a record)!
After 5 years, we had 4 women finishers, after 2007, we now have 12!
Jimmy Wrublik became our youngest (and happiest 100 mile finisher)!
We had two father and son combinations............Roger and Jimmy Wrublik and Bill and Alex Osheroff.

Mike Muench set a new record with the closest finish to the cut off time.........35:50!
The dinner was excellent: great company, funny stories, and lots of ALOHA!
That is what makes HURT so special. I hope to get some photos from the dinner up soon.

Just want to say thanks to Big John and PJ and all the other race staff and volunteers for another great race. Congragulations to all the runners especially those who beat their demons and got it done GREAT JOB! Thanks to my my pacers Andy and especially Gil for getting through the last loop even with the long horn ram.One last thanks to david goggins for saying it they way it is with no BS.
