Welcome to the information page for the HURT 100 Mile Endurance Run on January 13 and 14. The race starts on Saturday at 6:00 a.m. Hawaiian time (-10H GMT) . There is a 36 hour time limit and all racers must be off the course by 6:00 p.m. Sunday. There are 100 entrants in the 2007 race. Runners/Bib Numbers
The course consists of 5 times around a 20 mile loop. HURT Course Map. The course has very little flat sections and runners are usually running either up or down a hill. Additionally, the trails are covered with lots of roots and rocks. Course Elevation Profile.
There are three aid stations. The first aid station is at Paradise Park in the back of Manoa Valley. The second aid station is at Jackass Ginger in Nuuanu Valley and the third aid station is the start/finish at the Hawaii Nature Center in Makiki Valley. The distance between each aid station is between 5.4 and 7.3 miles.

Good luck to all the Hurt 100 runners. Sorry I cant be there to run it with you. I miss the trails there in Hawaii. We have trails here in TX, but they are missing trees and all the green stuff that goes with it. I will be running a small ultra in NM this weekend and will represent HURT and all that I learned from HURT. Thanks for the memories and have a great run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
